🕒 How long does delivery take?
Typically, your masks arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Orders to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland usually arrive on time. If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please email us at support@halloween-mask-factory.com — we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
🔒 How secure is my personal data?
Halloween Mask Factory uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data during transmission — the same technology used worldwide by banks. Payment and personal data are processed according to the highest privacy and security standards.
✏️ Can I change my order?
As long as you haven’t clicked “Complete Order,” you can adjust your cart at any time. If you’ve already placed your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@halloween-mask-factory.com — we’ll promptly check if changes are still possible.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
If your order was placed within the last 24 hours, email us at support@halloween-mask-factory.com. Provided your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it in full and issue a refund. After 24 hours or once the parcel is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
🏠 I entered the wrong address!
No problem — but please act quickly. Email us immediately at support@halloween-mask-factory.com with the correct address. If your package hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll update the address right away.
📦 Will all items be shipped together?
We aim to ship all items in one parcel. In some cases (e.g., different warehouse locations or partial shipments), your order may arrive in multiple packages. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
